Quality is one of the critical factors in the success of construction Projects. Quality is a desirable characteristic by all stakeholders in construction. We at Aa-kar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. have set of activities or techniques to ensure that all quality requirements are being met. The verifications and reminders of quality in construction stakeholders are consistently communicated from upper management to supervisors. In order to accomplish the expectations from subcontractors, the main contractors regularly inspect their work on a consistent basis, with corrections made well before punch list reviews. We have also applied a set of procedures for accurate and useful information collection during construction. As it is also of all most important part of maintaining quality performance.

We at Aa-kar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. always ensure the health and safety of manpower employed. We have set of procedures so for as reasonably practicable. The health, safety and welfare of all employees. In particular,
• Safe plant and systems of work
• Safe use, handling, transport and storage of substances and articles.
• Provision of information, instruction, training and supervision
• Safe place of work, access and egress
• Safe working environment with adequate welfare facilities
• A written safety policy together with organizational and other arrangements (if there are 5 or more employees)
It is vitally important that health and safety inspections or health and safety management system audits are carried out regularly to ensure that hazards remain controlled and that risks to employees are eliminated or reduced as far as is reasonably practicable.

Financially the Company is very sound. Since inception our Directors are working very hard. Our turn over is approximately 3.55 Crore for the financial year 2012-13
