From 1996 to 2000 it was a part of the Aakar Associates and working under the tree name Aakar Associates but as with the increase in the operations it was split under the head name of AA-KAR Constructions and registered as a separate body from the year 2000. Now in 2010 AA-KAR Construction become AA-KAR Constructions Pvt. Ltd.
